"Very disappointed with the service and pricing. After about a year, my insurance went up way more than I'm willing to pay (with no accidents), so I shopped around for a different insurance and pay significantly less. My biggest complaint is the cancelation process. I called to cancel, and the person said I would be reimbursed for the remainder of the month I paid when I was uninsured with state farm. Months went by and I never received any checks, but I did, however, receive bills stating I needed to pay my overdue bills. They never canceled my account! When I called again, I spoke with Bay. He had me provide proof of when I started with my new insurance. Once I did, he immediately sent me an email cancelation confirmation. However, I still have not received a check for the amount I paid when I was uninsured by them. I would not recommend..."
